What happens on the first appointment?
During the first appointment you will need to complete a few administrative forms, then Dr. Shook will perform an examination. At the conclusion of the exam, he will give you his recommendation for care including potential cost and treatment schedule. If he feels that he cannot help your case, he will provide you with a referral to another provider.
